Leanco was founded in 2017, by two construction graduates from Poznan University of Technology.

The core value behind the company’s founding was to bring modern and agile management methods to a traditional industry such as construction. The founders used their experience gained from large commercial investments, university knowledge and best practices from other industries to create an organization that responds to rapidly changing market requirements.

The company’s structure is based on independent teams supervised by trained foremen. As a result, the company is able to carry out many projects and dynamically scale the scope of its operations (which now cover the whole of Poland), while maintaining the highest quality of work performed.

Leanco undertakes both long-term and large contracts (such as the Polimery Police investment) , as well as handling ongoing customer inquiries for smaller finishing or installation work, where the most important factor is lead time and speed of proceeding with the order.

The company’s next areas of specialization are introduced in a methodical manner, preceded by an in-depth analysis of technology and work methods and training for teams. The company’s initial area of specialization was the assembly of steel structures. Subsequently, finishing works, fire protection and sanitary installations were added to the offer. Another important step in Leanco’s development was the introduction of comprehensive masonry contracting and reinforced concrete work, which is now one of the pillars of the company’s business.

Sustainable development based on competence and modern management has allowed the company to grow very quickly to become one of the leading subcontractors in the region. The company’s clients value its professional analysis and project valuations, quality of execution, speed of action and ability to complete assignments of particularly high complexity.
